Refund Policy for World College of Science and Innovation (WCSI):
At World College of Science and Innovation (WCSI), we strive to provide a transparent and fair refund process. This policy outlines the guidelines for refund requests related to tuition fees and other charges.
Withdrawal Before Start of Classes:
If a student withdraws from a course or program before the official start of classes, a full refund of tuition fees will be provided.
Withdrawal During Add/Drop Period:
For withdrawals during the designated add/drop period (usually the first week of classes), a partial refund will be issued. The exact amount refunded will be calculated based on the percentage of the course completed.
Withdrawal After Add/Drop Period:
After the add/drop period, no refunds will be granted for course withdrawals. The student will be responsible for the full tuition fee.
Program Cancellation:
In the event that WCSI cancels a course or program, students will receive a full refund of tuition fees for the affected course.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of the withdrawal request. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the initial tuition payment.
Non-Refundable Fees:
Certain fees, such as application fees, registration fees, and non-tuition charges, are non-refundable.
Appeals:
Students who believe they have exceptional circumstances for a refund outside the stated policy may submit an appeal to the College’s administration for consideration.
